Ari Chase

Ari Chase is a network engineer with extensive experience in technical support and operations management. Currently serving as a Network Engineer I at Signature Aviation since May 2022, Ari monitors tickets and alarms, collaborates with field technicians on repairs, and configures routers, switches, and SDWAN cloud devices. Previous roles included providing enterprise network support at Charter Communications and offering tier 1 technical support at Conduent. Ari has also held customer support positions at SYKES and Swissport, managed operations at American Airlines and Piedmont Airlines, and served as General Station Manager at Silver Airways. Ari began a career in support as an Assistant Substance Abuse Counselor at Phoenix House and holds an Associate of Arts degree from Santa Fe College.
