Megan Roebuck

Megan Roebuck serves as the Risk, Ethics & Compliance Officer at Signature Aviation since September 2019, leading enterprise risk management, global compliance, and data protection functions for the largest fixed-base operator worldwide. Previously, Megan held the position of Ethics & Compliance Officer at the same company, where foundational global compliance programs were developed and compliance transformation was guided during a transition to private equity ownership. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, where multinational clients were represented in regulatory investigations, and as a legal intern at the ACLU and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Megan's early career includes valuable roles in community development with the United States Peace Corps, media production at Cubic Defense Applications, and finance coordination at Digitas. Megan earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Political Science from Colgate University.
