Lori Schoch-Mann Sphr

Lori Schoch-Mann, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Lori is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Signature Bank, N.A. since June 2012. Prior to this, they held the position of Human Resource Manager at Lucas County Common Pleas Court from January 2010 to June 2012. Additionally, Lori has worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Davis College from August 2015 to October 2016. Lori also has experience as an Owner at Business2Business Solutions, LLC where they provided business consultation services based on their 20 years of experience in the Human Resource field from April 2008 to December 2011. Before that, Lori worked as the Human Resource Director at Clean Care Incorporated from December 1997 to November 2009. Lori began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Feller, Finch and Associates in March 1993, and later held various roles in human resources at Tenneco Automotive, Processing Technology Incorporated, and Langendorfer Enterprises. Lori's expertise lies in areas such as benefits administration, employee relations, legal compliance, and organizational development, among others.

Lori Schoch-Mann, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, holds a Master's degree in Organizational Management from Spring Arbor University. Lori completed their studies at Spring Arbor University from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Toledo, where they studied from 1988 to 1994. In addition to their degrees, Lori Schoch-Mann has earned two additional certifications: the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute, which they obtained in January 2011, and the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, which they obtained in February 2015.
