Shayla Shavers, M.Ed, LPCC-S, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Shayla currently holds the position of Director, Behavioral Health Services at Signature Health, Inc., a role they have been in since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Associate Director of Behavioral Health Services at the same company from October 2021 to October 2022, where they provided oversight of day-to-day operations and offered clinical consultation and support to ensure quality client care. Before joining Signature Health, Shayla worked as a Mental Health Therapist at Kingdom Developers Consulting Inc. from December 2016 to December 2018. Additionally, they served as a Clinical Supervisor - School Based Programs at Applewood Centers Inc. from March 2014 to April 2018, a Clinical Supervisor at Talbert House in 2013, a Program Manager at Directions for Youth & Families from April 2012 to January 2013, and held various roles including Foster Care Program Manager, Foster Care Clinical Supervisor, and Foster Care Clinician at Youth Advocate Services from 2008 to 2012. Shayla Shavers, M.Ed, LPCC-S pursued their education at Ohio University. From 2000 to 2004, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. Following this, Shayla continued their academic journey at Ohio University, where they completed their Masters of Education in Community Counseling from 2004 to 2006.
