Kathleen Nelson PT, MPH-PHP has over 25 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Kathleen began their career as a Physical Therapist at Southeast Work Conditioning and Hardening of MA in 1994. In 1995, they joined Southcoast Health, where they held several roles including Staff Physical Therapist, Team Leader Ergonomics & Rehabilitation, and Manager Occupational & Employee Health. In 2013, they became the Director of Population Health at Signature Healthcare in MA. Additionally, they served as a Kinesiology Instructor for the COTA program at Bristol Community College from 1995 to 2003.
Kathleen Nelson PT, MPH-PHP pursued their education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they completed their Master's in Public Health with a concentration in Public Health. Prior to that, they attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy/Therapist. Kathleen started their educational journey at Salve Regina University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
