Catherine Bauer

Catherine Bauer currently works as a Mediator/Arbitrator at Signature Resolution since January 2021. Prior to this, Catherine held the same position at Array (formerly iVAMS) from September 2020 to January 2021. Before transitioning to mediation, Catherine served as a United States Bankruptcy Judge at the United States Courts from February 2010 to September 2020. Their legal career began as an Assistant United States Attorney at the United States Attorneys' Offices from July 2001 to February 2010. Catherine also has experience as an Assistant General Counsel at Bank of America from May 1984 to September 2000. Catherine earned their Bachelor's degree in Political Science from UCLA in 1982 and went on to complete their Juris Doctor in Law at the University of Southern California in 1985.
