Craig Farrell is currently a Reservations Agent at The Signet Collection, where Craig efficiently manages all reservations by ensuring they are dealt with professionally. Prior to this, Craig has gained experience in guest services and reservations at various prestigious hotels such as Clayton Hotel City of London, The Ritz London, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and Hotel Silken Berlaymont. Craig holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in International Hotel Management from Shannon College of Hotel Management.
