Wendy Stroud

Wendy Stroud is an experienced HR professional currently serving as People Director at Signet Jewelers since January 2024. Previously, Wendy held the position of Group People Director at WHSmith from July 2019 to April 2023, overseeing HR operations for both High Street and Travel businesses across the UK and internationally. Wendy has also served as Group People Director and Head of HR at New Look, along with multiple senior HR roles at TOPSHOP TOPMAN, Primark Stores Ltd, LV, and an earlier tenure at JP Morgan. Wendy completed a BA (Hons) in HR Management at Solent University from 1995 to 1998.
