Meg Cater

Meg Cater has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting from their most recent role, they are currently working as an Adjunct Lecturer at Bentley University's McCallum Graduate School of Business since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Experience Design at Signiant from July 2019. Meg also held the position of Director of Digital Content at PlatformQ Health from June 2016 to January 2018. Before that, Meg worked as a Senior Manager of Digital Content at Signiant from April 2014 to June 2016. In 2013, they were the Technical Content Manager at SmartBear Software, where they managed content strategy and oversaw a team of writers. Meg also worked as a Science and Health Editor at 4goodmedia, inc. from March 2010 to September 2013, and at Evolution.is from March 2011 to March 2012. Meg began their career as an Assistant Editor at EnlightenNext Magazine from September 2008 to October 2009.

Meg Cater has a Master of Science degree in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University - McCallum Graduate School of Business. Meg also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The Evergreen State College, where they dual majored in Environmental Science and Healthcare. In 1997-1999, they participated in a Simon Kogan apprenticeship focused on life drawing and painting. Additionally, Meg has obtained certifications in Advanced Swift Water Rescue, Certified Watershed Restoration Technician, and Wilderness First Responder from the Wilderness Medicine Training Center.
