Ieva Ališauskaitė

Ieva Ališauskaitė is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a People Business Partner for Commercial teams at Signicat since December 2022, providing support in various people processes including recruitment and performance management. In addition, Ieva has worked as a Human Resources Partner at Dokobit since October 2021, where responsibilities include developing HR policies and managing international recruitment.
