Temmi Kalua

Customer Success Lead at SigniFlow®

Temmi Kalua has a diverse work experience history. They started their career as a Tutor at the University of Pretoria, where they provided support to Spanish students. They then worked as a Receptionist and later as a Personal Assistant to the Ambassador at the Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. After that, they served as an Administrative Assistant at the Embassy of the Republic of Guatemala. Following this, Temmi joined Sumtaka Tours (Pty) as a Spanish Language Desk Representative. They then transitioned to SigniFlow® as a Spanish Support Consultant, Customer Relationship Management Administrator, and Customer Success Engineer. Currently, Temmi holds the position of Customer Success Lead at SigniFlow®, applying their language and analytical skills in a challenging environment.

Temmi Kalua attended Willowridge High School from 2009 to 2013. Later, they pursued a degree in BA General in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from the University of Pretoria from 2014 to 2016.
