Shawn Croley

Shawn Croley is a highly experienced engineering professional specializing in the design and development of emergency lighting drivers for commercial and industrial applications. Currently serving as Research and Development Group Manager and System Architect Engineer at Signify since May 2018, Shawn leads a team in creating innovative power supply circuits while ensuring compliance with UL standards. Prior to this role, Shawn held positions at Philips Lighting and Synlabs, Inc., where responsibilities included designing analog and digital circuitry, conducting testing, and overseeing the full product life cycle. Shawn's expertise is complemented by a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Louisville.
