Eduardo Orlando

Eduardo Orlando is an experienced Data Scientist currently employed at Signifyd since August 2021, with prior positions at Clearsale (July 2020 - July 2021) and Telefonica (August 2017 - July 2020). At Telefonica, Eduardo contributed to digital transformation by developing machine learning models, dashboards, and ETL processes, while promoting data-driven marketing practices and optimizing media campaigns. Previous to this, Eduardo worked as a Statistical Analyst at Clearsale (January 2015 - August 2017), focusing on fraud prevention through customer behavior analysis and predictive modeling. Eduardo began their professional journey as a volunteer teacher at a public school in 2014, aiming to make mathematics accessible and engaging for students. Eduardo holds a Master's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics and Computing Applied to Industry from USP, a Postgraduate degree in Data Science from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, and a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from USP, complemented by a technical qualification in E-Commerce from Centro Paula Souza.
