Craig Bartholomew has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles in different organizations. Craig is currently working as the Sr. Director of Special Projects at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Signing Day Sports from 2019 to 2022, where they also held the position of Chief Experience Officer from 2021. Before that, Craig worked as the President of Le Cordon Bleu - Scottsdale, Arizona at Career Education Corporation from 2014 to 2018. Craig also worked at the University of Phoenix in multiple roles, including Executive Vice President of Enrollment - Western Market, Territory Vice President - Arizona and Oregon Campuses, State Vice President - Arizona Campuses, and Vice President/Campus Director. Craig's early career includes roles at the University of Phoenix as an Associate Director of Corporate Relations and a Business Development Specialist.

Craig Bartholomew completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Utah State University, attending from 1988 to 1991. Later, from 2004 to 2006, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business at the University of Phoenix.
