David O'Hara has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. David currently holds the position of Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at Signing Day Sports since January 2022, and previously served as the General Manager from April 2021 to January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Harlem Village Academies as the Chief of Secondary Education from March 2019 to March 2021. Before that, they were the Director of School & District Leadership at PBLWorks from October 2016 to March 2019. David'searliest recorded work experience is as a Principal at the NYC Department of Education, where they achieved significant improvements in graduation rates, college acceptance rates, and college readiness skills during their tenure from April 2011 to September 2016.

David O'Hara has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in premedical studies from Arizona State University. David then pursued a Master of Science in Education degree in Adolescent Education at City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College from 2006 to 2008. Afterward, they attended Baruch College and earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, with a focus on General Education. In 2015 to 2016, they also received the Cahn Fellowship in Educational Leadership and Administration from Teachers College, Columbia University.
