Joran Vanspranghe

Joran Vanspranghe's work experience includes holding the role of Business Controller at Signpost since October 2022. Prior to that, they co-founded Lockdown Escape Room Ghent in December 2016, where they managed a team of employees and oversaw the creative, building, and technical aspects of the escape rooms. Joran also handled marketing, financials, and special projects for the company. In January 2021, they became the Treasurer of the Belgian Escape room Federation - BEFEB. From October 2016 to April 2018, Joran worked as a Financial Controller at Autogrill België - Belgique. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Auditor FSO at EY from October 2013 to September 2016, where they conducted external audits, reviewed internal control mechanisms, and assessed business processes. Joran also worked on special engagements related to compliance for the regulator.

Joran Vanspranghe completed their education at Ghent University. From 2008 to 2012, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics with a specialization in Finance, General. Following this, they obtained a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from Ghent University, studying from 2012 to 2013.
