Susan Wilhelm

Susan Wilhelm has extensive experience in product management, having worked in the field since 2003. Susan began their career as a Product Manager at Travelocity in 2003, followed by a role as a Product Manager at Ezrez.com in 2007. That same year, they also took on a Product Manager, Ad Operations position at CNET Networks. In 2008, they became a Senior Product Manager, New Initiatives at Tripadvisor.com. In 2013, they joined Craftsy as a Product Manager. In 2015, they assumed the role of Director, Product & Quality at insuranceQuotes. In 2016, they became Director of Product Management at Return Path, and in 2018, they were promoted to Director Product Management at Validity Inc. Most recently, in 2020, they were appointed Vice President of Product Management at Signpost.

Susan Wilhelm completed their MBA in Marketing from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Communication/Business from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business in 2002.
