Stefan Benito

Stefan Benito has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Stefan is currently the Managing Director and VP Commercial at Sihl Group since 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Managing Director with a focus on Sales & Marketing at Thomas GmbH from 2015 to 2021. Stefan also worked as the General Manager of Speciality Compounds EMEA & Americas at Cabot Corporation from 2012 to 2014. Stefan was the Chairman of the "Industrial" Business Unit - Sales at HUBER Packaging Group GmbH from 2007 to 2012. Before that, they served as the Head of Business Unit Inks for Flexible Packaging/Vice President Sales – Packaging Inks/Head of Sales at Siegwerk Druckfarben AG from 2001 to 2007. Stefan started their career at Air Liquide GmbH as a Product Manager/Financial Director/Assistant to the Director Finance, focusing on Industrial Speciality Gases from 1995 to 2000.

Stefan Benito completed their high school education at Geschwister-Scholl-Gymnasium Düsseldorf from 1977 to 1986. Stefan then pursued a foundation degree in Political and Linguistic Studies at the University of Düsseldorf from 1988 to 1990. Later, Stefan obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration studies from Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf from 1990 to 1994.
