Jairo Andres Mendieta Reyes has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and technology. Jairo Andres started their career as a Web Developer at Backbone Technology from July 2012 to July 2016. Following that, they worked as a Web Developer at XL Alliance from June 2017 to June 2018.

In 2016, Jairo founded HatoGanadero, where they served as the CTO and played a crucial role in developing an application for production control in cattle ranches. Jairo Andres was responsible for platform planning and analyzing information. Jairo Andres worked with HatoGanadero until August 2022.
