Erica Ryan Moskowitz

Erica Ryan Moskowitz is an Associate Attorney at Silberstein, Awad & Miklos, P.C. since October 2021, having previously served as the Theodore I. Koskoff Trial Advocacy Fellow at Koskoff, Koskoff and Bieder, where experience included complex litigation with a focus on medical malpractice and civil rights. Erica gained substantial legal skills through various roles, including Research Assistant at Boston College Law School, where collaboration on an article focused on indigenous rights, and as a Student Attorney in the Civil Litigation Clinic, representing clients in family and housing cases. Previous internships at the New York City Department of Environmental Protection and MetroWest Legal Services further enriched Erica's legal experience, along with early roles in compliance and safety at RAS Boriskin LLC and Trident Recreational Enterprises, respectively. Erica completed a Juris Doctor degree at Boston College Law School and holds a bachelor's degree from SUNY Geneseo.
