Kate Felix

Kate Felix, CCP, CEBS has over 17 years of experience in various HR roles. Kate most recently served as the Director of Health & Welfare Benefits at Silgan Containers. Prior to that, they were the Director of HR Shared Services at Golden Hippo, where they managed a team of 7 and was responsible for all aspects of total rewards program design and implementation. Kate has also worked as a Senior Manager of Total Rewards at Avery Dennison and as an Associate at Mercer. Kate started their career at Parata Systems, where they held multiple HR roles including HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, and HR Administrator. Kate has a strong background in compensation and benefits and is certified as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS).

Kate Felix, CCP, CEBS has a Bachelor's degree in Communication from North Carolina State University, which they obtained in 2006. Kate later pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Western Carolina University, graduating in 2010. Throughout their education, Kate also obtained various certifications related to employee benefits and compensation, including Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
