Nicole Tate - Naghi

Nicole Tate-Naghi is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience representing technology companies throughout their corporate life cycles, including in areas such as entity formation, corporate governance, financings, and mergers and acquisitions. As a Senior Associate and Managing Associate at Silicon Legal Strategy since November 2019, Nicole also advises venture capital investors in their technology investments. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Goodwin Procter LLP from November 2011 to November 2019, where representation focused on start-ups and later-stage companies in the technology and life sciences sectors. Additional roles include Associate positions at Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson, and as a Clinic Law Student at the Edwin F. Mandel Legal Aid Clinic, where significant work involved handling a sexual harassment case. Nicole’s legal foundation includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from Pomona College.
