Ali Weaver Kairys

Ali Weaver Kairys has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Surface Landman at Anadarko Petroleum from July 2013 to March 2016. Ali then transitioned to Silicon Ranch Corporation, where they held various positions in project development, including Project Development Manager from June 2016 to December 2018, Senior Project Development Manager from January 2019 to March 2020, Director of Project Development from March 2020 to April 2022, Senior Director of Project Development from April 2022 to April 2023, and finally Vice President of Project Development from April 2023 until the present. Ali is also a Member of the Board of Advisors at the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business, starting from January 2024.
