Chris Drysdale

As a donor services officer in the foundation’s grants department, Chris works with the Individual and Family Giving team to oversee grant administration, record maintenance and IRS tax compliance.

Chris began at SVCF in 2013, serving on the Domestic and International Grants teams before spending time in Operations. There, he worked on strengthening internal reporting and optimizing and transitioning grants processes. Returning to the Donor Services team in 2019, he brings an operational eye to the role.

Prior to working in the nonprofit field, Chris worked in industrial engineering before earning a master’s degree in cultural anthropology. He has experience teaching anthropology and professional skill development, and teaching English overseas. Chris brings a passion for culture, diversity and lived human experience to everything he does.
