Khaled Hamade

Khaled Hamade has a diverse work experience in various HR and people operations roles. From 1998 to 2016, they served as the Head of HR, Co-founder, and President at Cal Micro Inc, a global IT consulting and services company. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as the Director of Human Resources and Operation Department at Islamic Relief USA, a non-profit humanitarian organization. In 2019, they held the position of VP of People Operations at Room to Read, where they provided strategic leadership and drove key HR strategies and execution for a global workforce. From 2020 to 2022, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Ecoplexus Inc., where they oversaw HR operations globally. In 2022, they also joined the Hyrai Advisory Board as a member. In 2022, they took on the role of Vice President of People Operations at BatchService before transitioning to the role of Head of People Operations at Silicon Valley Education Foundation in 2023. Throughout their career, Khaled has demonstrated expertise in HR management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and strategic leadership at both non-profit and for-profit organizations.

Khaled Hamade holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from San Jose State University. Khaled also has a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the same institution. In addition to their degrees, Khaled Hamade has obtained certifications in Non-Profit Management from the University of the Pacific and in Change Management. Khaled is also a Master Trainer and holds certifications as a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
