Caroline Raffoul

Caroline Raffoul has extensive experience in operations and procurement support, currently serving at SILK Laser Clinics since May 2023. Prior to this role, Caroline worked as a Payroll Officer and Clinic Support Assistant at Eden Laser Clinic from April 2022 to May 2023. Between April 2021 and May 2023, Caroline was a Client Services Manager at Scentre Group, after a long tenure at DriveAway where roles included Operations Manager, Business Development Manager, and Reservations Team Leader from 2004 to 2020. Earlier experience includes managing a counter at YSL BEAUTE and working as an International Travel Consultant at Flight Centre. Caroline holds a Diploma of Management from Workforce Management Consulting and completed Fares and Ticketing courses at Australian Careers Business College.
