Kati Hedges has worked in the fashion industry since 2012. From 2012 to 2016, they worked at Warehouse Fashions in roles such as Assistant Buyer - Sweaters, Senior BAA - Jersey, and BAA - Soft Wovens & Jersey. In 2016, they moved to Alexis Mera Activewear as an Account Executive. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. in roles such as Junior Buyer and Assistant Buyer. Since 2019, they have been working at SilkFred.com, where they have held roles such as Head Brand Manager, Deputy Head Brand Manager, Senior Brand Manager, and Brand Manager.

Kati Hedges graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fashion Management and Marketing from the University of Creative Arts in 2012.
