Anant Mital

Anant Mital has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Anant is currently employed by Silo AI as an Expert lead at Tampere since June 2023. Prior to this, they held positions as a Senior AI Engineer (starting in September 2022) and an AI Engineer (from September 2021 to August 2022) at the same company.

Before joining Silo AI, Anant worked at Tampere University as a Project Researcher from February 2019 to September 2021. Anant also served as a Research Assistant at the university from October 2017 to December 2018.

Anant's prior experiences include working as a Software Analyst at Heckyl Technologies from December 2015 to August 2017, and as a Senior Software Engineer at Rolta India Limited from May 2014 to November 2015. Anant started their career as a Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services in December 2010 and remained there until April 2014.

Anant Mital obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Machine Learning and Data Engineering from Tampere University from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science from Jaypee Institute Of Information Technology, completing it from 2006 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Anant Mital has also obtained several certifications. In March 2022, they completed the "Pylon Basic Training" at Basler AG. In June 2021, they completed "Scrum: The Basics" on LinkedIn. In March 2021, they completed "Git for Developers Using Github" on Coursera. In October 2020, they completed "The Unix Workbench" on Coursera. In September 2020, they completed "Introduction to Applied Machine Learning" on Coursera. In July 2020, they completed "Version Control with Git" on Coursera. In April 2020, they completed "An Intuitive Introduction to Probability" on Coursera. In March 2020, they completed "How Google does Machine Learning" on Coursera. Lastly, in August 2018, they completed "Deep Learning and Computer Vision for Drone Imaging and Cinematography" at Tampere University of Technology.
