Harri Kaukovalta

Harri Kaukovalta has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Harri started their career as a Project Manager at IVO Power Engineering in 1997 and remained in this position until 2001. Harri then joined Fortum, where they held various roles including Head of IT / Business Control, Head of Business IT, and Change Leader. During their tenure at Fortum, they were responsible for leading transformation, creating a common culture and language for the business, coaching teams on modern leadership, and overseeing IT strategy and architecture. In 2012, Harri joined Caruna as a Business Analyst, focusing on regulation and strategy. Harri later shifted to Digitalist Group & Network in 2016, where they became the Director of Business Development. After four years, they left and started their own consulting business as a Business Advisor. Most recently, Harri joined Silo AI in 2020 as a Business Development Executive. Harri has expertise in business development, strategy, IT management, and leadership.

Harri Kaukovalta obtained a Master's Degree in Environment Technology of Energy Business from LUT University, where they studied from 1989 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including "Growth Hacking Foundations" and "Sales: Closing Strategies" from LinkedIn in 2019, "Creating a Culture of Strategy Execution" from LinkedIn in 2018, "Strategic Planning Foundations" and "Strategic Agility" from LinkedIn in 2017, "Customer Service: Creating Customer Value," "Sales Foundations," "Persuasive Selling," "Developing a Competitive Strategy," and "Mergers and Acquisitions" from LinkedIn in 2017. Prior to these certifications, Harri also completed the "Fortum Challenger Programme" from Helsinki School of Economics, JOKO Executive Education in 2006 and "Management Accounting" from Helsinki School of Economics in 2003.
