Mark Granroth-Wilding

Mark Granroth-Wilding's work experience includes roles at Silo AI, the University of Helsinki, the University of Cambridge, and the University of Edinburgh. Mark is currently working as a Senior AI Scientist at Silo AI, where they contribute to building AI-driven solutions and products for various industries. Prior to joining Silo AI in 2021, Mark worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Helsinki from 2016 to 2021. Before that, they served as a Postdoctoral RA at the University of Cambridge from 2013 to 2016. Mark began their professional journey as a PhD student at the University of Edinburgh in 2009, where they conducted research on Harmonic Analysis of Music using Combinatory Categorial Grammar. Mark completed their PhD in 2013.

Mark Granroth-Wilding attended the University of Cambridge from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science. Following this, they enrolled at The University of Edinburgh from 2007 to 2008, completing their Master of Science in Informatics with a focus on Natural Language Processing.
