Pontus Wistbacka

Pontus Wistbacka has a diverse work experience. Pontus started their career at KWH Mirka as a Summer Intern in 2013. Pontus then worked as a Web Developer at Åbo Akademi from September 2011 to May 2014. In 2015, they joined Åbo Akademi again, this time as a Research Assistant and also worked on their Master's Thesis. After completing their Master's, Pontus worked as a Developer at Infolytika Ventures from April 2016 to October 2017. Pontus then joined Silo.AI as a Senior AI Engineer in October 2017, where they currently work. Pontus also worked as a Project Assistant at Hanken School of Economics from June 2019 to January 2020.

Pontus Wistbacka completed their Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Chemical Engineering and Physics at Åbo Akademi University from 2010 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications related to machine learning and deep learning. Pontus completed courses such as "Machine Learning," "Neural Networks and Deep Learning," "Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization," "Structuring Machine Learning Projects," "Convolutional Neural Networks," "Sequence Models," and "Deep Learning Specialization" from Coursera. Pontus obtained these certifications between the years 2017 and 2018.
