Sriram Kumar

Sriram Kumar has a diverse work experience in various companies and positions. Sriram started their career as a Product Engineer at Wipro in 2010 and worked there until 2012. Later, they joined the Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia as a Computer Vision Researcher, where they worked on a project related to human-robot interaction from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, Sriram joined Continental as a Senior Algorithm Engineer and stayed there until 2017. Sriram then worked as a Senior Computer Vision Engineer at Rapsodo from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they briefly worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Entrepreneur First. Most recently, Sriram has been working as a Researcher at Tampere University from 2020 to 2021. Since 2022, they have been employed as a Senior AI Engineer at Silo AI.

Sriram Kumar completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Anna University in the years 2006 to 2010. Sriram then pursued a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Southampton from 2012 to 2013. Later, they studied Human Technology Interaction and obtained a Master's degree from Tampere University between 2019 and 2021.

In addition to their formal education, Sriram also obtained several certifications. In 2010, they became an Oracle Certified Associate. Sriram attended the iCub Summer School at the Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia in July 2014. In October 2014, Sriram completed the Regularisation Machine Learning program offered by the University of Genova and MIT. Sriram participated in the Machine Learning Summer School in March 2015, organized by the University of Genova. Finally, in June 2015, they accomplished the Programming in GPU with Cuda certification through NVIDIA.
