Leigh Anne Carter

Leigh Anne Carter completed her undergraduate and Master of Science in Education Degree at Arkansas State University. In 2005, she earned a doctorate from Saint Louis University. For her, it has been a privilege to advocate for children's well-being and educational needs for the past 28 years. It is rewarding to help children learn and grow academically.
