The leaders of Siloam Springs School District have a long history in the education industry. The current principal was a high school principal at Lincoln Consolidated Schools and a teacher/coach at Lincoln Consolidated Schools before coming to Siloam Springs. The leaders of Siloam Springs School District also have a long history with the University of Arkansas, where they earned their degrees in mathematics, physical education, and education administration.
