Kaitlyn McDonald

Kaitlyn McDonald is currently the Senior Marketing Director at Silver Birch Living where Kaitlyn trains and mentors sales and marketing directors, and implements effective marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates. Prior to their current role, Kaitlyn worked as the Lead Money Follows the Person Options Counselor at REAL Services, collaborating with various organizations and individuals to bring nursing facility residents back into the community. Kaitlyn also has experience in mental health services, customer service, and youth recreational activities. Kaitlyn holds a Master of Social Work degree from Indiana University Indianapolis and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Indiana University South Bend.
