Tali (Miller) Harif

Tali (Miller) Harif has a diverse work experience in the water and cleantech industries, spanning over 13 years. Tali is currently working at 374Water as the Director of Strategy and Business Development, where they focus on technology commercialization, go-to-market strategies, business development, strategic partnerships, and growth strategies.

Prior to this role, Tali worked at Silver Bullet Water Treatment Company, LLC as a Non Executive Board Director, and at Puraffinity as the Chief Commercial Officer and later as the Chair and Commercial Advisor. At Puraffinity, they were involved in guiding go-to-market strategies, fundraising strategies, and establishing operational frameworks for a high-growth agenda.

Tali also has experience at Severn Trent as an Innovation Portfolio Manager, where they managed the innovation portfolio for water and wastewater treatment. Tali worked as the Director of the Treatment Processes Business Unit at WRc plc, where they successfully turned around a declining business unit through restructuring, developing new services, and diversifying the teams.

Additionally, Tali has worked at Capital Nature as a Consultant, and they co-founded a management and technology consultancy where they served as the CTO. Tali was also the Cleantech Division Director and Executive Committee Member at LDD Advanced Technologies.

Tali's early career includes roles at Atlantium Technologies - Hydro-Optic™ UV, where they served as the Head of Process and Application Development and the Head of Applications Department.

Tali (Miller) Harif has a strong educational background in the field of science and engineering. Tali obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 1992 to 1995. Tali then pursued a Master of Science degree in Environmental Chemistry at the same university from 1996 to 1999. Tali furthered their education by completing a PhD in Environmental Engineering from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2000 and 2006. In 2012 and 2013, they attended The College of Management Academic Studies, where they earned an MBA with a focus on Entrepreneurship and high growth technology company management.
