Peter Davis-McCabe has extensive experience in customer support and operations management, currently serving as General Manager of the Customer Support Centre at Silverchain Group since April 2019, after previously holding the role of National Contact Centre Operations Manager. Prior to this, Peter worked at Alinta Energy as Call Centre Manager from September 2014 to April 2019, and held the position of Operations Manager at EE from January 2011 to August 2014. Peter's career began at Orange, where a tenure from November 1999 to December 2010 included the role of Team Manager. Earlier experience includes working as a Team Coach at BT from June 1998 to November 1999. Peter holds a Graduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership from Deakin University, completed between July 2021 and April 2022, and received foundational education at Kenton School from 1985 to 1992.
