Sam Pfaff

Sam Pfaff is currently working as the Director of Quantitative Biology at Silver Creek Pharmaceuticals since May 2019. Prior to this role, Sam held the position of Scientist at Prolynx LLC from October 2014 to May 2019. Sam also served as a Postdoctoral Scholar at the Small Molecule Discovery Center at UCSF from July 2011 to October 2014. Sam began their academic journey as a Graduate Student at UCSF from 2002 to 2009, where they earned a PhD in Biophysics. Before that, Sam worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at the United States Naval Research Laboratory from 2001 to 2002. Their educational background includes a BS in Physics and Applied Math from The George Washington University, where Sam studied from 1998 to 2002.
