Leah Ratliff

Leah Ratliff, PHR has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Leah currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Silver Eagle Beverages, a position they have held since September 2019. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Manager for Triumph Aviation Services - NAAS Division from April 2018 to September 2019. From December 2014 to April 2018, Leah was the Director of Human Resources at Downhole Technology / Boss Hog Frac Plugs. Leah also served as the HR Administrator at Cinco Energy Management Group from December 2012 to December 2014. In addition, Leah worked as the Manager of Human Resources & Administration at Mahindra USA, Inc. from July 2008 to December 2012 and as the Director of Training and Human Resources at Deli Planet Inc. dba Jason's Deli from June 2000 to May 2008.

Leah Ratliff, PHR earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, completing their studies between 2003 and 2005. Leah also holds additional certifications including a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI obtained in 2009 and a SHRM-CP from SHRM Certification acquired in August 2015.
