Rob Hood, FIH, currently serves as the Corporate Director of Food & Beverage at Silver Hotel Group since October 2022. With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Rob has held various leadership positions, including Corporate Food & Beverage Manager at Atlific Hotels from July 2000 to October 2022 and Director of Food & Beverage at Crowne Plaza Toronto Don Valley from July 2000 to October 2002. Additionally, Rob has contributed to the field as a Fellow at the Institute of Hospitality since September 1997. Education includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Southern New Hampshire, a B-TEC Higher National Diploma from Birmingham College of Food, and a B-TEC National Diploma from Somerset College of Arts & Technology.
