Rhonda Weathersby is currently serving as the Manager of Customer Support (NAM) at Silver Peak since June 2015. Prior to that, Rhonda held positions such as Senior Escalation Engineer at Riverbed Technology, Escalation Engineer at Silver Peak Systems, and Escalation Engineer at Foundry Networks. With a strong background in escalation engineering, Rhonda has been in the industry for many years, having started their career as an Escalation Engineer at FORE Systems.
