Nikki Swanier

Nikki Swanier has extensive culinary experience, currently serving on the culinary team at Silver Slipper Casino Venture, LLC since August 2016, despite recovering from recent ankle surgery. Prior roles include Banquet Chef at Penn National Gaming and Hollywood Casinos, Executive Chef at Pass Christian Yacht Club, and Chef De Cuisine at Penn National Gaming Boomtown. Nikki has played a pivotal role in various grand openings, including the new clubhouse at Pass Christian Yacht Club in 2008 and the reopening of the casino post-Hurricane Katrina. Early career experience includes positions as Banquet Chef at Happy Hollow Country Club and Sous Chef at Casino Magic Bay St. Louis, among others, alongside a background in security with Lockheed Martin and the U.S. Air Force. Nikki holds a degree in Culinary Arts Management from The University of Southern Mississippi.
