Laura Franzo

Laura Franzo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Laura began their career as a Front Office Receptionist at Portofelice Camping Village, where they provided check-ins/outs and general administrative support during the summer months while attending university. Laura then worked as a Retail Sales Assistant at Clarks before transitioning into the hotel industry. Laura worked as a Receptionist at Kensington Rooms Hotel and later joined City Inn Westminster, where they held roles as a Front Desk Receptionist and Reception Shift Leader. Laura'sresponsibilities included managing bookings, check-ins/outs, and providing excellent customer service. Laura then joined Miki Travel Europe as a Travel Consultant, where they sourced accommodations, completed bookings, and handled post-sale operations. Most recently, Laura worked at Silver Swan Recruitment, starting as a Recruitment Resourcer and later transitioning into a role as a Junior Recruitment Consultant.

Laura Franzo earned their Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures, with a focus on General Studies, from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia. Laura attended this institution from 2001 to 2005.

Prior to that, Laura attended ITCS Leon Battista Alberti (Business and Accounting School) from 1996 to 2001, where they received a Diploma in Accounting, which is equivalent to the AAT qualification. Laura'sfield of study during this time was Finance and Accounting.
