Matt works as an Operations Manager at Silver Swan Recruitment, assisting the Founder and Managing Director, Philippa, in achieving the company's strategic objectives to grow as a leading international private staffing agency. With over 8 years of experience in the hospitality and recruitment industry, Matt has a deep understanding of the needs and expectations of clients and candidates in the private sector.

His passion is to locate and place the best hospitality professionals in private estates, households, luxury chalets, villas, yachts, palaces, and jets across the globe. He also has personal experience in living and working overseas, which has enabled him to understand the challenges and opportunities of working in different cultures and environments. Additionally, Matt holds a CIPD Level 5 Certificate in Human Resource Management, which has enhanced my skills and knowledge in HR best practices, policies, and compliance.
