Suzanne Larsen

Chief People & Culture Officer at Silverado

Suzanne Larsen has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Suzanne most recently served as the Chief People & Culture Officer at Silverado. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at 360 Behavioral Health. Suzanne also has a long tenure at PRO Unlimited Global Solutions/Magnit, where they served as the Head of Global HR/Client Solutions. In this role, they were responsible for managing HR services across multiple regions and successfully implemented large-scale change initiatives. Earlier in their career, Suzanne worked at The Permanente Medical Group as a Senior HR & OD Consultant, where they played a key role in healthcare delivery and technology change programs and implemented strategic initiatives for physician retention.

Suzanne Larsen holds a Doctorate of Business Administration degree in Business Management and Organizational Development from Walden University, which they obtained from 2019 to 2022. Suzanne also has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business and Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco, which they completed from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications from Antioch University. Suzanne has also pursued a Masters in Intercultural Relations from the McGregor School of Antioch University, specializing in Intercultural Relations, but has not completed the degree as of yet. Additionally, they hold a Certification in NeuroLinguistic Programming as a Master Practitioner, which they received from the Research Training Institute.
