Benoit Gagnon has extensive experience in cybersecurity and IT management, currently serving as the Manager of Cybersecurity and Hotel Systems at SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts since December 2000. Prior roles include Regional Systems Manager at the same company, Senior Network Specialist at Nexxlink, IT Director at PRM Solutions, and Technician at Informatique Comtel. Benoit Gagnon pursued graduate studies at École Polytechnique de Montréal from January 2013 to January 2015, specializing in Cybercriminality and Network Cybersecurity.
