Lauren Harville has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lauren began their career as a Gymnastics Instructor at Springfield Gymnastics and Aquatics in December 2013 and worked there until August 2015. Lauren then transitioned to Mid-Missouri Bank where they served as a Personal Banker from May 2016 to January 2017. In January 2017, Lauren joined The University of Tulsa as an Undergraduate Research Assistant, a role they held until May 2019. Afterwards, they worked at Victory Mission + Ministry as a Database Support Specialist from June 2019 to August 2019. Lauren's most recent position is with SilverBow Resources, where they started as an Engineering Analyst I in August 2019. Lauren was subsequently promoted to Engineering Analyst II in March 2023.
