Andrea Ghibaudi

Andrea Ghibaudi has extensive experience in enterprise strategy and customer experience management across multiple regions, particularly in North America and LATAM. As Managing Director of Silverbullet from October 2019 to September 2022, Andrea was responsible for the expansion of the Silverbullet CX service organization and oversaw global strategy for its CX enterprise services. Prior roles include Vice President and Director of Enterprise Strategy at Publicis Media from June 2016 to January 2018, and a Solutions Consultant at Talkm/SIX. Andrea's early career includes positions as a Digital Account Manager at ZenithOptimedia Group and a Digital Media Planner and Buyer. Andrea holds a BA (Hons) in Marketing and Music & Media Management from London Metropolitan University.
