Following their high school education, Nicole enrolled at the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville from 1990 to 1992, earning an Associate's degree in Individual Studies-Humanities. Nicole then pursued further education at Johnson & Wales University from 1992 to 1995. During this time, Nicole successfully completed a Bachelor's degree in Retail Management and an Associate of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising.
