Anna Ladd-Kruger

Anna Ladd-Kruger, B. Comm, MA, CPA, ICD.D, is an experienced financial executive and corporate director with a strong background in the mining and resource sectors. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for Integra Resources and SilverCrest Metals Inc., Anna has held various leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer at McEwen Mining Inc. and Excellon Resources Inc., and Chair of the Board of Directors for Nova Minerals Limited. Anna's previous experience includes senior positions at Trevali, Crowflight Minerals Inc., and Kinross Gold Corporation. Academically, Anna holds a Master's Degree in Economics from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from The University of British Columbia, along with certifications from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada and the Institute of Corporate Directors.
